Landlords Maintenance Service
Our landlord maintenance service is our way of making a landlords life a whole lot easier. There are no monthly payments and it is not an insurance policy.
How it works:
Add your properties to our database.
We send your tenant an information pack containing details of what to do if any maintenance is required.
If there is an emergency repair needed, you will be informed imediatelly and the repair will be fixed quickly if you approve.
If the repair is not an emergency, we will assess what is required and promtly let you know.
When you are happy for the work to commence, we will arrange a suitable time with the tenant for the work to be completed.
We will inform you when the work is completed.
Why use our service?
Firstly it's free, you only pay for the work that you approve.
It's very quick, we don't have to give notice to enter the property, we obtain permission direct from the tenant.
It is less hassle for you, we will assess a repair and give you our honest opinion on the work required.
You only pay for neccessery work. You don't pay for assessments or quotations.
