How it works:

Add your tenanted address to our database.

We send both you and your tenant an information pack containing details of what to do if any maintenance is required.

In the event of a burst pipe, power cut or any emergency, your tenant will contact us on our 24 hour number. We will inform you immediatelly of any work required along with costing and upon your approval a promt visit will be made.

If a case is not an emergency, we will assess your tenants request and inform you of any suggestions/costings and again upon your approval, a suitable time will be arranged with your tenant.

Firstly it's free, you only pay for the work that you approve.

It's very quick, we don't have to give notice to enter the property, we obtain permission direct from the tenant.
