Laurence was excellent! Prompt, efficient and friendly. All work weas carried out on time and for the price agreed with no nasty surprises. Laurence even came back a few days after the fitting had been completed because a defective waste pipe on the bath (the bath's fault not his) had leaked. He then came back again because the waste pipe in the wall was blocked and so the bath was draining very slowly. On both visits he solved the problem almost immediately and all work was FOC. He even did a bit of extra sealing work for a splashback that i had fitted.
I'd happily recommend him to anyone who had needs a bathroom fitted and I plan to call him again when we get around to doing our kitchen. Thanks Laurence!

On time, on budget and tidied up after themselves. Luke's quote was much lower than the others. Both Luke and Laurie arrived early on the day of the job, went back over the job that we'd agreed and just got on with it.

I came home to a clean, tidy house and the walls had been made good where the sockets had been installed.

Luke was very helpful and keen about his work. He did not leave any work unfinished and even went the extra mile to solve issues by getting in touch with his contacts to figure out solutions. When queried, Luke explained in detail what was required and what he was going to pursue. Knowledgeable and very enthusiastic. Very highly recommended, definitely would be my first stop in the future if I have any issues with the apartment.

Luke and Laurence have done a great job just providing some storage space in our loft. Despite several other contractors telling us that a ladder wouldn't fit into the space available they managed to do it and whilst it's a tight fit it does the job just fine. In terms of their work, they cleaned up after themselves and put down several dust sheets to make sure there was as little mess as possible, it was almost impossible to detect that they'd even been here after they'd gone. Whilst their quote wasn't the cheapest that we'd had, I'm a firm believer in 'you get what you pay for', so on that basis I'd have no hesitation in using them again.
